Is there a minimum order for a client visit? +
No minimum order! Whether you need a single garment or an entire wardrobe, we're happy to visit. The consultation is free — you only pay for the garments you order.
What should I prepare before the visit? +
Just have an idea of the occasion and any design inspirations you like (photos, Pinterest boards, etc.). We handle everything else — fabrics, measurements, and design suggestions.
How long does it take to receive my garment? +
Typically 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity. We'll give you an accurate timeline during the consultation. Rush orders can be accommodated for urgent occasions.
Can I provide my own fabric? +
Absolutely! You can bring your own fabric or choose from our curated collection. If you have a special fabric in mind, share it with us beforehand and we'll plan accordingly.
Do you visit locations outside Kolkata? +
Currently we primarily serve Kolkata and surrounding areas. For other locations, reach out to us — we'll explore options including virtual consultations or special arrangements.
